Horsa Glider Cable Angle Gauge.
A rare Horsa Glider Cable Angle Instrument.
Found in the middle of the Instrument panel, which is situated front of the two pilot control columns (see last photo).
It was used to aid the pilots to determine the height and angle of the Glider with that of the towing aircraft, a Halifax or Dakota.
The instrument was made purely for RAF Glider aircraft.

Indicator Cable Angle Mk III.
This instrument is clearly dated 1944.
In a very good condition, has a small crack to the front perspex and damage to the rear bakelite filter housing, which can be easily replaced (see photos).
