WW2 RAF Flying Log Book Group

RAF Flying Log Book Group to Flt/Eng. Sgt, J.H. Rowland.

Sgt. Rowland flew in Lancaster Bombers, with 195 Squadron, from RAF Wratting Common, early in 1945.

He completed a number of day and night time Bombing Operations to Germany, and a much needed food supply drop to the starving Dutch people in Rotterdam.
He also did a few 'Exodus' trips, repatriating released British POW's back safely to England.

In his log Book is a fine B/W daylight photo of his Lancaster in flight.

Amongst the group are his three wartime medals (in fine condition) mounted on card for display, also some research which includes copies of the Squadron Operations Book listing his ten operational flights.
